Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Chance Kittrell, doing business as Pronto Productivity ("we," "us"), for the Pronto app (the "App") and prontoproductivity.com. By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you're under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the App to build a competing service.
3. Your content
Everything you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so the App can work for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
4. Pronto and AI features
Pronto and Chef Pronto use an AI model. They can make mistakes, misread what you said, or estimate numbers wrong. Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates, even when based on a restaurant's published data. Review anything Pronto suggests before you rely on it, and check the review card before logging food.
5. Not medical advice
The App is a tracking and motivation tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or trainer. Talk to a professional before changing your diet, starting an exercise program, or if you have a health condition. Stop any activity that causes pain. You use the App's workout, run, and diet features at your own risk.
6. Screen Time features
App limits rely on Apple's Family Controls framework and can be affected by iOS bugs, updates, or settings outside our control. The feature is a tool to help you, not a guarantee, and you can always unlock a limit from the App.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: no attempts to break security, scrape data, overload our servers, abuse the AI features, impersonate others, or use the App for anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
8. Purchases
The App is currently free. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through Apple's in-app purchase system and subject to Apple's payment, cancellation, and refund policies, plus any terms shown at the time of purchase.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service available but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from Profile > Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license for backups, disclaimers, liability limits) do.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and is not responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We'll post updates here and change the effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
